MEMORIAL PROGRAM
'The Monroe County Parks Department Memorial Program supports additions [via MONETARY DONATIONS ONLY] to our parks in honor or memory of loved ones...' (excerpt from Memorial Program Guidelines)
Memorial additions to Highland Park include new tree or shrub plantings and adoptions of existing trees. Memorial benches are no longer available at Highland Park.
